I'm Peter Junior, a User Experience & Client Support Specialist based in Nairobi, Kenya. With a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science and 4+ years of remote and agency experience, I bridge the gap between building products and supporting the people who use them.
Currently at Creativedge | FCB, I ensure that digital products we build for major brands actually work for end-users. I act as the translator between creative designers and software engineers, making designs "code-ready" and improving UX through data-driven user flow mapping.
I'm certified in Google UX Design, Virtual Assistance (ALX), and Software Engineering (Andela). Whether it's automating busy work with AI tools, managing CMS platforms, or providing executive support across time zones—I bring technical precision with a human touch.
